This department administers the Vermont Medicaid health insurance program, also known as Green Mountain Care, as well as Vermont’s state-based marketplace for health insurance through the Federal Affordable Care Act.
You First Program for Women
You First is a program of the Vermont Department of Health. It offers personalized support to pay for and connect eligible Vermonters to breast, cervical and heart screenings, diagnostic tests and heart healthy lifestyle programs. Members can get free memberships to WW® (Weight Watchers), TOPS® and local gyms, farmers’ market coupons, state park passes and more.
